Thanks for responding so fast. I think I must have forgotten how I did it initially, I was going in directly through the media gallery, not through adding media in a post.

I love your plugin, it’s been super helpful, but this last week I needed to add a new document and I wasn’t able to. Please tell me if I should be posting this separately, but I’m experiencing the exact issue that PhilipjLA describes (no document gallery is showing up on the left in the media library). I have version 3.5.2 of Document Gallery. I was on WP v 4.3 but just upgraded to 4.3.1 hoping that might resolve the issue — it didn’t.

Thanks for your speedy response Brook. I submitted a lost password request, hopefully will get in soon. Sorry I wasn’t clear on my attempts. I was able to add the code per https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-list-widget-not-working/ but the problem remained, even after clearing out cache, trying another browser etc. I also tried going back to 9.3 version (which is where I left it, sometimes you just have to stop right?).

I will try the solution again while I wait for password help, perhaps something didn’t work the first time around?

BD is Version 3.6.4
WPML is Version 3.1.9.7 (all the WPML plugins indicate they are the latest versions, but let me know if you need to know them all).
PHP is 5.4.22
