I think I had the same problem after last update, got it working again by disabling the Download option: Redirect to file (Do not force the download. If the dlm_uploads folder is protected, you may need to move the files.)

I have the same problem, no solution is provided for now.
I seen multiple users address this issue for some time.

I do however have a temporary workaround.

Login to you MySQL database.
Go to table wp_posts (maybe you use another table prefix than wp_)
Find the post with ID number that corresponds to the number in the download title #
Here you can modify the post_title by removing the #number.

I already found that CSS code and added it, but it does nog fix the first issue.

Date januari 22 should not be available for booking.

I did find that a plugin called ‘Fusion Builder’ is responsible for the second problem.

I Also have the same problem.

I found out that it’s not the Form that is the issue.
Added the form to a random page and then the Form works, while it’s not working with the WP Job Manager page.

I think it’s something to do with the Apply button getting submitted.

Wordpress version 4.3.1, Contactform 7 version 4.2 and WP Job Manager 1.25.1
