Thanks for the reply. We ended up have to go back to a home grown solution to meet launch deadline.

If I do a hard refresh, the page shows as it should.

I used the following:

on_sent_ok: "window.open('https://example.com','_blank');"

This worked fine. Only issue is popup blockers catch it.
