I received the same error message and deactivated all plug-ins then activated each of them one at a time until I got the message again.
I found Plugin Organizer to be the culprit.
However, I could still run Plugin Organizer by making sure Woocommerce was ran before YITH WooCommerceProduct Slider Carousel.
I decided to turn off Plugin Organizer and discovered it keeps the settings even after that. You must set to default order prior to deactivating.
