I had the same problem on one solution. I didn’t have the Flash Uploader option available. This was only in browsers on MAC not in Windows.

Then I tried to copy this link https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/media-new.php?flash=1 into the browser and then I got the option to choose either “Browser Uploader” or “Flash Uploader”

That “fixed” it! ?? I don’t know if that helps you!

I had the same problem on several sites with WP. I also disabled Sexybookmarks by FTP and it solved the problem.

Hope there will be a fix for this as Sexybookmarks is a very popular plugin.
