In reply to: [Cookie Information | Free GDPR Consent Solution] Conflict with woocommerceSame problem here!!!
Why don’t we have any answer???
Hello Susan,
I already wrote to the support in the WP GDPR page.
But it looks like that plug-in page is dead…
As you can see in the WP GDRP page, no answers by a months from the administrators.Unfortunately, no other plug-in does that WP GDPR does.
We will see…
Hello Joy,
yes, exactly. 6 meg is a lot! That’s why I ask your help.
Now it’s ok and my website is in maintenance mode and with debug.log persiomssion set to 640. So, if you try to download or open it you receive this message:
403 – Forbidden Error
You are not allowed to access this address.
If the error persists, please contact the website webmaster. Now I have only a “serious” php error and it’s caused by a GDPR plug-in. It has some bug with WooCommerce Order page. You can see here
Do you know someone very expert who can help me to debug all my error messages?
Thank you =)
I was thinking…
as you can see from this screenshot, the GDPR plug-in adds a new column.
Maybe the problem is here.. I don’t know…What do you think?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooC v3.6.0 breaks the OceaWP Single product page. The bug is in WooCommerce Multilangual.
With WooCommerce 3.6.1, if you disable that plug-in, you are able to see again the thumbnails in the main language Single product page.
In the second language Single product page, even with WooCommerce Multilangual activated and WooC 3.6.1, I’m able to see it.Maybe my information can be useful
I spoke with WPML support yesterday.
They know about this problem and, soon or later, we will solve it.
“This issue has been escalated to our developers. As soon as we have a workaround or update, I will reply here in this ticket. Thanks in advance for your patience.”Unfortunately, it isn’t fixed…
With my plug-in I see the same strange characters.
but I fixed it manually, changing the .po and .mo file on the source. formAzienda/Professionista
Azienda o Professionista
Ok…
sorry… It’s not OceanWP problem…
If I disable WooCommerce Multilingual, I’m able to see the thumbs.
If WooCommerce Multilingual = ON, I’m able to see the thumbs only on the second language, but not in the main languageSo, I had to write to WooCommerce Multilingual support.
Sorry =)
PS: this WooCommerce 3.6.x has creating a lot of problem to everybody!

In reply to: [OceanWP] Live View IssuesYour picture are in .png format! and they are so heavy ^___^
you cannot use 1.5MB for every image ehehe…For example, the girl with the organ background
https://oakdalecleaners.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/od1_6.png
it’s 1.2MB!
You MUST to convert it with, for example,XnView -> JPB -> 70% or compression.
And you will have a job of only 65Kb. your homepage is too heavy

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooC v3.6.0 breaks the OceaWP Single product page.By the way, OceanWP didn’t solved 100% the problem.
With the last version of OceanWP v1.6.7, we are not able to see the Single product thumbs of any product.
RollBack to WooCommerce v3.5.8 has solved the problem.
why does this 3.6.x version has so many problems to everyone?
Thank you
It’s not 100% solved, unfortunately.
With the last version of OceanWP v1.6.7, I’m not able to see the Single product thumbs of any product.
RollBack to WooCommerce v3.5.8 has solved the problem.
