In reply to: [osTicket Connector] Combining Fields – WPFormsHi Matthew.
Season’s greetings too!
We used
wp_mail
hook. This information is in the first sentence of the plugin description:Only contact forms, which send emails, are supported as our plugin hooks the wp_mail function to get the forms’ data.
Thanks.

In reply to: [osTicket Connector] Help Topic not workingMatthew,
the issue is related to configuration – each option value in the drop-down element must be INTEGER.
You need to enable ‘Show values’ option on ‘Advanced tab’ for the drop-down input in your WPForms (osticket-connector-wpforms-enable-show-values.png), then switch back to ‘General tab’ and provide an integer value which correspond to ID of help topic from osTicket (osticket-connector-osticket-how-to-define-help-topic-id.png) for each option of the drop-down element (osticket-connector-wpforms-specify-id-as-value.png). All images available here.
Thanks.

In reply to: [osTicket Connector] WPForms not connecting with OS-TicketHi!
CSRF token processing is not part of the functionality of our plugin. It can be internal wpforms or wordpress core functionality.
There is ‘wpforms’ hidden field on 2nd screenshot. Could you remove this field and check if form can be submitted, please?
Also, please specify the URL of your form’s page, if possible – we will check the internal structure of the form.
Best regards,

We discussed it via email – the problem was related to custom fields.

SCAND teamHi.
Form Identifier should be set to ‘wpforms’ and for other fields you should use next format ‘fields|<filed_ID>’, where filed_ID is real ID of field on your contact form.
Here are screenshots with examples:
1) osTicketConnector settings
2) WPForm – look at the top left corner, there is “Dropdown (ID #3)” label. Number 3 is a ID of field.Best regards,

In reply to: [osTicket Connector] Potential Bug, Multiple fieldsHi Clonan.
Yep, you are right – there is a bug. The comma is the only separator for multiple fields. We will fix it and upload a new version of the plugin.
Thanks.

In reply to: [osTicket Connector] Form Attachment Not Being AttachedHi.
Did you added “osticket-attach” field on the form? Something like this:
<label> Attachments (optional) - Max size: 2MB - Allowed types: PDF,TXT,DOC,DOCX,XLS,XLSX,PPT,PPTX,GIF,PNG,JPG,JPEG [file osticket-attach limit:2mb filetypes:pdf|txt|doc|docx|xls|xlsx|ppt|pptx|gif|png|jpg|jpeg] </label>
Did you specify “[osticket-attach]” field in the CF7 settings, as shown here in “File attachments”?
