Both my WP was
https://feelnfree.net
and my blog url was
https://feelnfree.net
Changed the wp URL TO
https://feelnfree.net/?page_id=26
Now the sites theme is gone only the words remain
I cant get back to my dashboard in order to change it back.
any help is appreciated
