I am having the same issue sending Forgot Password emails via SendGrid. The link it sends is invalid and returns a “This site can’t be reached error”. All other emails sent via SendGrid seem to be ok.

Domain is authenticated and verified. I manage dozens of sites, so I know Sendgrid is set up correctly.

As you can see from the screen shots I already posted, the mailer is sending mail to the wrong address before it even gets to Sendgrid, so Link Branding is irrelevant.

As you can see from my screen shots, the reply-to email address has been set correctly in two places… Both the mailer plugin as well as the Woocommerce settings page as you showed.

No, tthat is not correct. It has nothing to do with the customer’s email address at all.

When an order comes in, two emails are sent. One goes to the customer and one goes to the website owner. The customer emails are working correctly.

The New Order notification that is sent to the website owner is ignoring the Reply-to settings and is using the site administrator email address instead. This is not standard behavior as the site administrator in this case is the site designer and not the person who needs to receive order notifications.

Emails are confirmed as being sent by the mailer however, because the reply-to address is not on the same domain, it is not deliverable (and even if it were, it would be sent to the wrong person.)

The question is WHY woocommerce would ignore the reply-to setting and default back to the general WordPress admin email address instead.

So it turns out that within a few days of installing this plugin, the site was hacked and code added to config file that disabled my ability to delete plugins. That’s why deactivating never gave me an option to delete. Grrrr.

Ok, after further testing… I have to set ALL images (including Retina) in order to make it work properly on Android.

I’m having this same issue. Samsung Galaxy S20 (Android). Page is fine on laptop and desktop, including small sizes. Doesn’t show the logo (only the background) on my Android.

Oh wow, the plugin has changed! I don’t recall seeing that option before. So… I’ve set it to Responsive Images, but the thumbnails are very blurry.

Thank you for the suggestions. I am already using image compression as well as a Cloudflare site. But as a professional photographer, my site is very photo heavy and they need to be fairly large to view full screen.

It makes no sense to load 100 full size images that are resized and displayed as 250px thumbnails vs just loading the thumbnails.

“Still the same problems when viewing the on-line gallery on ipad. Image appears briefly, then disappears. However, if you click on the full-size/re-size button, it reappears and stays on the screen. Click on next image button, and whole routine is repeated exactly the same – appears briefly, disappears but can be brought back. It’s an iPadPro (less than 2 years old) running iPadOS 13.4.1. Forgot to say, similar but slightly different version of the problem with Mac computer (different operating system to the ipad).”

I have been very frustrated that, for some reason, I have not been able to view anyones images in the Members Gallery. I could go to the gallery and view the images as a set but would not operate as a slide show or one click at a time. This was on all my “Mac” computers. High Sierra v 10.13.36 and Safari v 13.1

Thanks for the reply. All of our galleries on https://www.algarvephotographersgroup.org are affected. I’ll have our members who have reported issues check your site to see if they see the same thing there.

No updated from the developer yet. I purchased the Pro version and have an open ticket. I got a response on June 3rd that he could not duplicate the issue, but it’s clearly happening to other users on a variety of systems. I’ve emailed again to see if there is an update.
