This can be a connection issue between the 2 platforms. At times, Google will do a reset and cause the connection to require a reset. Do you see anything in the logs?

You have a couple options:
1. You can push them one by one within the entry.
2. You can use our backup / sync addon which can also push them through.For the second option, click on “CRM Perks” on the left nav and enable the addon,

For the invoices, those are generated using 3rd party plugins,
