I am sorry to hear that you have not been answered even after contacting us through our official platform. Since the automatic withdrawal disbursement feature is not included in the Dokan lite plugin, I am unable to continue the discussion and answer your questions. As per the Forum Guidelines, providing support for commercial products is prohibited here.
We have already searched for recent tickets in our support channel to see if there are any un-replied tickets regarding this topic. However, we have not found any. Although we rarely encounter technical difficulties while receiving tickets from our clients, the probability of having issues is not zero. You can check whether the vendor’s new order email template is enabled from the WP dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails section as shown in this screenshot. After that, install any email logger plugin such as Email Log to verify whether the emails are being triggered from Dokan’s end. If the emails are visible in the View Logs section, chances are high that the issue is occurring due to your SMTP server. In that case, you can contact your hosting provider and ask for assistance.
However, if the emails are not logged, you may contact the Dokan team directly via their official Support Channel for better guidance.
