Solved! It was caused because the file was renamed (downloaded multiple times). for example we had the trial version and the purchased standard version so downloaded was renaming the zip by added -1 or 2. Looks like some cases above have the file downloaded but are not correctly named per the script of the plugin. Make sure the zip file is named clicface-organi-std.zip.
I had to connect to my host server, delete the file under plugins/clicface-organi-std-3 and make sure the zip file I upload to install the program is named correctly….
clicface-organi-std… uploaded and installed the zip which created the correct name path it wants and then activated.
