You can add a phone field by toggling the phone option of the checkout block at your checkout page.
Go to checkout page > edit page > select the block > in the right sidebar click on block – you should be able to see the option. Toggle the option and publish/update the page.

As for COD. It has not yet been enabled by the developers. I hope they do avail this option at the earliest before integrating any other payment gateways. Because COD is a mandatory thing in some countries/ regions.

Hi! Actually, I changed the server of my website. I am using the same theme as I was before but I didn’t come across the problem since then. I think there was something wrong with the server configuration.
Let’s close this topic for now. One thing that I wish to know is that whether this new cart block and checkout block is using react framework and webpack bundler? Also, if there are any further plans to add a my-account block because the current version of it looks really outdated.

The problem persist with WordPress default 2020 theme.

I’ll try using the storefront theme and my original theme side by side on two different servers and perform a few tests. I’ll let you know about the result.

Technically, there is a way to perform a force login before proceeding to checkout. I think I’ll have to rely on that method for the time being.

And I have observed this several times on Google Chrome and Firefox and also on Samsung Internet browser (mobile).
No, sir. I have not changed the setting for either my web server or my browsers.

Please check the following screenshots to have a better understanding of the problem.

2) https://snipboard.io/YUnjxI.jpg – This is empty cart on woocommerce cart block. The content can be fixed by html. But anyway, even the product grid style below the empty cart messages doesn’t go with the theme.

3) https://snipboard.io/JFgzix.jpg – This is the border around payment method description that looks weird.
