That explains why i saw the same times when checked in pingdom.

I was looking couple of days ago in cache directory but i couldn’t find any log file there, debug was enabled.

But i ll give it another try.

i always used expert delivery mode.

Now , everything is ok, just like that, by opening first the second blog’s home page and then just remove in address bar the language prefix so the home page to load, everything fixed.

My apologies for blaming autoptimize, i really don’t know what was the cause, surely a matter of caching, either in my pc, my browsers, or most probably in the site,
These things makes me feel stupid sometimes…

Now, it changes.
The old file is forgotten, and it loads the new active file ok, but it doesn’t load a slideshow on the top.
It needs refresh to load it, and then it works ok every time.
But if i erase the browsers cache it needs refresh again to load the sliders.

But when i check up in pingdom it shows the slideshow ok.

IN opera is ok everytime, in edge, chrome, firefox needs refresh.
Note: i have configured all browsers to empty cache on close.

and i use no other cache plugin.

Site is not mine and unfortunately i need owner`s consent to share the url.

some more details

the old file wich should be forgotten is named:
autoptimize_97f84f69f66728f44528a26bb98f08eb.css

and the new file which should be loaded but loads only after refresh is:
autoptimize_9fca5a2ff284fa90145e0b35c27b140b.css

of course the first time that page appears is broken, unless i add manually in the cache directory the old file from the backup

Thank you, but where is this log file? i tried to find it without success!

I will try to find the reason although plugin now is inactive, i can’t see any difference in speed when comparing the site in pingdom with or without it, in fact its faster without it! so it s no worth really.

no matter the settings, cache is erased after a while and cache folders remain empty.
I must uninstall this plugin.

Its ok for free users like me, but i wonder how the premium users are feeling now.
We don’t build our sites for 5 years you know but for much longer!

This is a awful behavior, if someone is not able to maintain a plugin it would be much better not to ever start it.

Anyway , this is not the first or the last time it happen, many plugins had stopped during last years, this makes me think seriously to stop using any plugin from now on, anything i need i have to make it on my own.

i have plenty of identical pieces on my site, same whole paragraphs etc too, for years, and i still have top positions in SERPs, dont worry and dont give a lot of attention to these SEO tips giving sites , they write whatever just to write something.

Look, if this thing gets better in the future i ll use it, not because it will be the only choice but because i think that it will be awesome when it will be ready.

I use both editors and i can choose which one to use when make a new post, so from time to time i give a try tο Gutenberg.

here are just a few issues i noticed today just trying to copy an existing post to a new, using Gutenberg.
with new compatible theme and all compatible with wp 5 plugins.

1)images cannot be aligned, they always stay on left despite i choose middle.
2)I don`t like this html comments inside my source code, what is the reason for these?
May be are useful for storing parameters as you say, but why do we have to show these parameters to search engines bots?
3)Its time consuming to find the right block inside this complicated hidden menus.
4)the width of editor window is very narrow, about 600px only, it looks like a vertical line.. not good at all when there is plenty of empty space on either sides.
5)There is no way to edit the permalink before publish the post, or i may be missing another hidden menu?
6)Sometimes this autosaving feature seems to stack and i cannot click on another button unless i refresh the page..
7)Images caption is like a funny vertical line, many lines with one word each ..really funny
8)it broke a custom sidebar plugin but i must be fair here, the plugin is not compatible with wordpress 5 so i removed it as i don`t really need it.

To be honest, Gutenberg editor is not difficult at all and it is a GOOD idea, but it created very negative impressions just because it is no ready yet and to my opinion needs at least another year of work to became a decent editor.

I m sure it will get better, when it does i ll change my review.

Yes it must be a chrome issue.

i get an error only when i save the settings in adinserter.
i get this: ERR_BLOCKED_BY_XSS_AUDITOR and i have to go to the home page.

i cannot fix it by the time but it is definitely not an adinserter problem.

Thanks but i don`t ask for a way to disable, it gets disabled automatically when i enable classic editor.
Anyway i tried these filters to see if it gets disabled this way but it does not.

What is the reason for these garbage?
and hundreds more of garbage like these in the page source code, seems like the developers decided not only to make our life difficult but to destroy our sites is well, with Gutenberg every page will be clattered with useless code.

Also i noticed some incompatibility with my old and discontinued theme, some icons missing, only when on Gutenberg, editing window is very narrow, etc etc, it does not effect the site though.

There is no way whatsoever to ever use this editor.

I wish i was more patient, no prob anyway.

Yes, i can confirm that de_DE had no problem with new version, the problem was with en_US only

btw, i have two questions
i recreated all relationships in the MSLS 2.0.2 now and it works, Do i have to leave it like this or do i have to update again to a possibly new version which will take care of this problem?

I didn`t try at first to restore the 1.1 version from backup, i suppose now that this would have restore things as before, but to be honest i was in a state of panic just by thinking the 3000 posts and the huge work needed to fix them all…something that unfortunately i did…
