Under the tab “Transactions” the tab “Geo Theme” disappears when the plugin is active.

I am running W3total cache with support of Cloudflare and Cloudfront. You plugin was working originally with these but I wonder if there is a conflict now with one of these.

Hi it was an upgrade not a new install.

I am currently running 3.9 – at the time I upgraded your plugin I had also upgraded wordpress to 3.8.3

Yes I did see the manual update required – but when clicked nothing happened.

It wasn’t working consistently – it was getting stuck on one part of the scan.

I had to turn off Live Updates since I am working with W3 Total Cache, I don’t know why – but they were clashing. I also reset the scan configurations to the default values.

It’s working fine now.

Isn’t it completely different than the plugin? I don’t see where your plugin hides the dashboard for authors, just subscribers. Which is what I really need.

I have a theme that requires all users to be “authors” and it works great. But now they all have access to a WordPress dashboard. Would it be difficult to add “Author” to your list of users with no access to the admin panel?

I completely understand, I just wish they’d answer me. It’s been over two months now, getting the feeling I”ve been ripped off, lol.

I did not see anything in that file calling TimThumb.

Unfortunately I will have to chalk this up as an expensive lesson learned.

So issue one is cool and being worked on.

Issue two – you were correct when I went back earlier today the links were working.

issue three – Yes, you are correct – if I activate both network wide they work together (all but the widget with the blank spots)

In trying to correct the issue I deactivated BadgeOS network wide and activated it on each site individually to stop the blank space issue but the community add on stoped working… I also tried deactivating the community add on network wide and using it on each site individually but that didn’t work either and in theory I can see how that set up would not work for my network anyhow. I’m not looking for the community of sites to be separated.

I’m thinking for the time being if the widget still shows blank spaces to just make a pretty graphic that directs people to the badge page set up with the shortcode. I’m sure in time the widget issue will work itself out with new updates.

Oh and – I noticed that when I put two shortcodes on the same page only one works.

For example if I put

[badgeos_achievements_list type=badge]

[badgeos_achievements_list type= achievements]

only badge will show up.

also if I click on new members badge it takes me to a 404 page.

I made the change for the empty achievements but it’s still showing a blank spot from the other sites in the network on the widget.

I have BadgeOS network activated. To solve the problem I decided to activate it on each site itself rather than network wide. But when I did that “Community Add-on” plugin stopped working. I reinstalled it new and it’s still not working unless badge OS is network activated.

Any idea’s?

It definitely is a theme issue – but I am not getting any support for it. I downloaded it from Theme forest. I started a thread on purethemes.com in may for the owner of the theme. They tried to help once but the answer did not work. They have not responded since and that was on June 7th. I’m at a complete loss with this.
