Yes, it was. After an WP update, we figured out it was one of our plug ins – don’t recall which one.

Did you ever get this resolved? We are also having the same issue.

Okay, we thought it was resolved, but apparently our new blogs are STILL not showing up on our home page or on our recent post.

Now, it doesn’t even post on schedule even though it was scheduled to post an hour ago — I click on post now and it posted — still not showing on home page or recent post (even if it shows on the dashboard).

If you have any other suggestions or insights, I greatly appreciate it. I will go through the list of things to trouble shoot once more. Thanks!

Okay, this problem was resolved. After changing the theme of our web, we were able to see the recent post on our homepage and “recent post” section. However, the 2nd problem that came up (after changing our theme/style) was we were not able to see the new theme on our devices (the administrators and writers) even though other friends were able to see it on theirs. Our web host provider purged the cache, but we were still seeing our old theme. It was our security provider that needed to purge and clear the cache on their server – voila! problem solved!!! Thank you for the list of items I needed to trouble shoot. As I have mentioned, I am average with my understanding of the computer, but have learned so much from this.

We switched to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen). The new post shows up on our Dashboard, but not when I sign out and check our web. Our old theme still shows up. My husband checked on his device and the new theme w/our new post shows up on the home page. So far I have
-cleared my browser cache
-deactivated all my plug ins’
-change the theme of our web

The situation is now this
– when on dashboard our recent post shows up on homepage, but not when I sign out of the dashboard (old theme still shows up with initial problem of not showing recent post on home page)
-on other devices, like my husband’s, the new web theme shows up with the recent post showing up on the home page

I still have to contact my host provider to clear memcache.

Any insghts would be help. I am not computer savvy, but eager to learn. Thanks in advance.

We just tried to repost (hoping to “reset”) and now it doesen’t show on recent post or in cateory. We’re trying to keep our cool, but it makes us anxious. Any help would be appreciated.

Now I see it in Our Recent Blog, but no on our main page, like usual.
