To reinject the menu item, please deactivate the plugin and activate it again.This should readd the menu item to the settings menu.

Your user can be assigned to one or more serials. During the validation check.If you purchase virtual and downloadable products, and the serial code generation option for this product is activated, then the purchase item will be assigned also to the serial code. But we do not support download control.

Please check, that you set the correct code list to your product.2)
The serial code should be displayed to every sold item, that has a serial code list assigned. An even if the same product is sold more at once in the same order, the order item will contain all the needed serial codes.If this is not so with your plugin, please send an email to [email protected] so that we can help you.

Click on the edit button of a code and choose the list within the edit mask. The click on save.
You can assign a code list already during the code creation process.
– create code list
– click the add code button
– generate your codes and paste them if you use your own codes
– choose the code list from the dropdown list you want to assign to all new added codes
– click the button to store them on your serverHope this helps.

We did not had the option for this.
The default way was to show it in the PDF invoice.Tomorrow we will release a new version, where the serial code is added to the “order completed” email, hope this helps.

Sorry, but we do not have an export function from woocommerce coupon codes to the serial code validator.
This feature not not often needed, so we focus on the open backlog items like expiration date und web api for now.
