if you set a ticket to be “stolen”, then the validator will show the stolen message. That is default. You can change within the options the stolen message to something that fits more your page style.
The registered information will be shown by the validator. For this activate the option: “Display the collected information of a registration to a code.”
There you can also adopt the labels if needed.

If the image is not shown, it could be your image is not suitable. Please check if you can convert your image to PNG or better to JPG. And please add a suffix (.jpg, etc), this also sometimes helped (not sure why).

you can create manual a ticket by creatng within the backend a new order. Assign a ticket product to the order and set the right processing status, to generate the ticket.
For now the ticket need to have an order assigned to it.

This is tricky. The space is limited for the QR code. So if you have too many tickets in one order, than they want fit in it and/or the QR code has so many image details, that some scanner need a long time to scan it.
Please write to support, so that we can evaluate this feature request.

Try a ticket, that is allowed to be redeemed only once. Then scan it twice. The second scan should display, that the ticket is already redeemed.

The timeszone is taken from your wordpress installation. If you change the zone within your WordPress, then it should take this.
We adjusted the code to use the timezone on the cal entry and for the entrance allowance calculation.

The ticket feature is deprecated now on this plugin and will be removed (adding new) in the future. The serial domain do not fit the ticket domain, and causes issues. My other plugin Event Ticket with Ticket Scanner is doing the job much better.
If you want to generate QR codes, that are containing the ticket id you need the idcode-order_id-code. (for now, changes can be made in the future, but I guess not anymore for this plugin).
I could create a static function that generates for you the ticket id for the scanner. This way it will be safer. But this limits my ability to refactor the code.
If you have an idea how it could be used, I could add the code.

you question seems to be on the wrong plugin. ??
No my plugin is handling only serial codes, not page access protection.
