Hey Aaron
Based on our internal investigations, I can see that these contacts were created after form submission but they were bulk-deleted by a user with the email: [email protected]
When I did some test submissions with your form, I could see contacts being created. Maybe you can check on your end if someone deleted these old contacts by mistake.
Thanks
SahilHey Aaron
Thanks for opening this issue with us. I can verify that the submissions are being made for your forms on our end but certain submissions are not getting any contact associations. I’ve raised this issue with the relevant team and will let you know once I hear something from them.
Thanks
SahilHey @miikkamakela
Thanks for flagging this.
Just to confirm, could you please check if you have connected your HubSpot portal with the plugin? And if yes, then could you please tell me what is your portal id, so that I can investigate further. Thanks & Regards

Hey @mcaskill
Thanks for pointing this out. We’ve checked this on our end and can confirm that the jQuery dependency is not needed here.
This will be removed in the next update of the plugin. Thanks & Kind Regards,

In reply to: wp-env start command stuck at “Updating docker images.”I tried to pull each docker image manually and found that it was getting stuck while pulling
wordpressdevelop/phpunit
.
On searching a bit about this issue, I just restarted my docker instance and that fixed the issue.Hi @manchumahara

Based on your message it looks like this is happening due to “Total Cookie Protection” in Firefox. This is known issue wherein if “Total Cookie Protection” is enabled, signin starts failing.
You can disable this cookie protection and then try to login into the plugin again.
Checkout this screenshot of how to disable this protection. You would need to turn off the Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site.If this doesn’t work, then I would suggest you to use Chrome browser with the plugin.
Let me know if this helps.
ThanksIf the input field name can’t be made same as the contact custom field, then I would advise you to use our API integration for contacts and update your contacts that way.
@manchumahara for saving your extra form fields you will need to make sure that name of the input field in your form matches with the HubSpot contact’s custom field. Also make sure you have created a custom contact property on HubSpot using this guide.
You can checkout this “Mapping non-HubSpot form fields and HubSpot properties” guide for knowing more about how the name matching works.Thank you for your reply @manchumahara
Is this user registering through a form submission? If yes, could I get a url to that page where they are registering from? Are you trying to use non-hubspot forms here for these custom fields? You can take a look at this “Mapping non-HubSpot form fields and HubSpot properties” guide from our knowledge base.
If this is not what you are looking for, could you please share an example of the fields you are trying to map.
Best Regards
