Thank you! I did do this but still I had issue which ended up being.

Answer: Because I was using the same order and just refreshing the page to test with Ecom Enh GTM/GA debug was not starting because the order was already tracked. As you probs know its how it stops from double counting. So to test this you have to start a new order each time.

The way I discovered this was to enable: “Do not flag orders as being tracked”. Which since switched off again.

Update: Part of the problem was awesome fonts. Somehow this stopped working. However the magnifying glass is still not working so there is another icon set missing.

So I have done this – loaded the backup from the sub-domain to the main site but there are some issues.

1: I had a root folder of the sub-domain password protected and when i went to the live domain this somehow carried over. It was asking me to login with the credentials for the sub-domain for the main domain. I did a bunch of things but the only thing that fixed this was to disable the whole sub-domain. But…

2: There are now certain images that came with the theme template that are not showing up. For example the Magnifying Glass for search, The down arrows for drop down menus and the stars on reviews. I assume this is because there where absolute sources for those images.

Any tips on how to resolve this? I was thinking to do backup on the primary domain and restore that. Perhaps that will resolve it.

I did read somewhere that there might be some files that you cannot move and those should be left alone. So there may just be 1 or 2 or 3 scrips that if you move you will break you site.

I am afraid it is a case of trail an error. You will need to figure out which one of those cant be moved down.

This optimisation for speed is important but if moving these scrips/css down create UX or functionality problems you will need to leave them where they are.

Its quite hard to know what the problem is as it could be so many things.

I would disable the social media sharing plugin to start with. And then double check what code has been inserted by page builder. Can do on post / edit / text tab.

If all that does not change anything. I would strip all the code out of the post and make a very simple post. Then build it up see if the image shows and is centre aligned.

If all that is not it and if you cant see the image still. Then I would check if the image is uploading is it on the server? If not look at folder permissions – should be 755.

Thank you for the reply. Yes I have taken all the measures and have reduced from 700 to 900 down to current levels.

A trusted friend told me that even the current level of 200 to 400 is way to high. He is probably right but hard to achieve with an open source platform like wordpress, woo, plugins etc… unless you start to really tweaking with the code which I cant.

So tweaking around with everything and W3 seems to cause quite a few problems with CSS/Java. I fixed this and then something else bugged out… so went back to minify and disabled it all together and that fixed all.

I guess if i had the time I could make more exact changes or customisation to Minifi. But for now w3 enabled without Minifi.

I have let the plugin that generates the box know of this and they said they would fix it in their next update (RNB Rental and Booking plugin). No idea how long that will take.

Not sure what minified is but I do remember playing around with a setting but this did not help.

I have now disabled w2 and all works well but the site has way way way to many queries and w2 made a big dent in that. I do need it as DB stops responding quite often because of to may queries and also the site is slow.

So I either play the waiting game and hope they fix it… Or there is something I can change with w2.
