If you want to use multi-languages on your site then you can install polylang plugin.

After installing Polylang plugin, you need to choose the languages.After choosing the language, you need to create each and every pages post and products with these languages.You will have the option to create in different languages while creating those items.Please follow the documentation of the Polylang to create a multi-language site.

Sorry, it is not possible to add word menu to show up to the left of the toggle menu.
But you can change the menu layout to classic view so that it will show all the menu item in the navigation bar.
If you want such feature then go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Setting > Menu Setting then change the header menu layout.
