No news about this issue? In this moment to solve this problem i rollback to 9.6, i add/change/set the setting plan and then i upgrade stageshow to the last version… it’s a very boring workaround

I was only notice this little issue, but anyway i can continue to use the excel filter

It’s no possible to set a free ticket because basically you are making a transition and it’s no possible makes a transition with zero value

i use this shortcode and i have all performances sorted by date:

My opinion is that the solution is to consider all seats in a single row.
But i suppose the row 1 is mandatory. So you can set your seats from 1.1 to 1.9 in the first line, 1.10 to 1.23 in the second line and so on.

Seats Available
Selecting this option adds a line to the Box-Office for each performance with the
number of unsold seats (see 10.5)..
Default: NOT Selected

Available Seats Button
Selecting this option adds a button to the Box-Office listing that will open a new
window showing all the seats available for the respective performance
