I am using. FATCOW.com to host https://www.wickedbots.com/membership
I also experience some lag at intermittent times. I have 4 wordpress installs and non that are currently “known to the world” meaning noone but me post. My installs are new with the exception of my main which Uses Plugin(S2member) and Theme(Pixel). I believe all Fatcow accounts are shared hosting. NOTE: For those that visit my site/wordpress. it is still under construction and i know of the spacing issues and lack of content.

As in not always but has occurred intermittently. I can see that diagnosing the source of the common problem can not be identified solely using my comment however as a body of general information it contributes to the group in identifying these different scenarios in which it happens. I do 100% agree we need a new thread to establish more information to narrow down the search.

I get a same issue from time to time. Someone needs to get the ear of a developer or admin

that seems to have hide it but it still allows 1 account to login on sevral pc at the same time.
