Hi @gbandeja971 ,
Thank you for creating this thread.
Could you please help me with the store URL where the plugin was installed earlier?
Hi @lokesh22
We have responded to another support thread for the same issue that you had raised. Hence we are closing this thread, please feel free to reopen this thread in case of any support.
Hi @dexter303 ,
Thank you for creating this post and sorry for not responding sooner.
Our plugin is compatible with the Borlabs cookie plugin. You will have to add a script blocker in the Borlabs plugin post which the data would be either collected or denied based on the user response.
We will be able to share with you the setup manual for the same.
Currently, Google Analytics is a primary feature that enables us to use Product sync features and also manage the Shopping campaigns.
Hi @lokesh22 ,
Thank you for posting this thread.
I believe the name of the field available for GTIN in the woocomerce product has been the exact same field selected at the time of product attribute mapping?
Also, can you select any product in the merchant centre and see if the GTIN is available and share your views? A sample screenshot for your reference
Is there any plugin you are using to update GTIN for each product?
I believe you had clicked the confirm button post integrating all the accounts (Google Analytics, Google ads and Merchant centre).
If still the issue persists, I would recommend removing the plugin from the backend once and try re-installing it again and let us know if it did work.
Hi @lokesh22 ,
Sorry for the delayed response.
I have gone through your website and noticed the domain is claimed successfully now and also the site is verified.
You can now start syncing the products via the plugin.
Thank you for the confirmation.
We checked the provided configuration and we would try fixing this issue in the upcoming release.
Hi @babobo
Could you please help to check the robot.txt file if it is blocking the google domains?
I understand your concern here.
Would it be possible to check the attached screenshots and try to complete the setup again please?
This should hopefully solve the issue.
Here are the screenshots for your reference

Thank you for creating this thread.
The current version does not add any mentioned post meta’s.
However, the previous versions do add the mentioned post meta due to which the script seems still available.
To delete the same, I would request you to take a backup of existing database and run the delete query for the mentioned post meta (using post meta keywords).
Hi @mobi5965 ,
Unfortunately, our plugin does not add any kind of schema code for google search. As the plugin supports GA tracking, GA ads tracking for now.
Hi @antonio24073 ,
Thank you for sharing the website.
The APIs that were shared earlier – we have tried accessing it from our end and it is working as expected.
Can you pls reauthorize the first step of the plugin installation and try completing it to see if it goes through and kindly let us know?
Thank you for sharing the screenshots.
This is a normal ajax call (attached in your screenshot), we have checked the same from our side and we do not find any issue in this ajax function and it is working as expected.
However, can you pls replace $ with jquery on the line number 696 in the file named “onboarding-custom.js” and let us know if it is working?
We would require 2 woocomerce hooks for add to cart to track as expected, below are the same for your reference:
woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_button
woocommerce_after_shop_loop_itemIn the code-shared in your comment, I can see loop item hook is not available.
We also notice that our jQuery is not loaded as per the required sequence due to jQuery deferred error in the console.
Kindly disable the jQuery deferred option if any, here is the screenshot for your reference – https://prntscr.com/jomx2uYLa2im
