I tried opening the URL shared and observed no slowness in the site, which might be sporadic.

We have not found any malware injection in the plugin however, we have made specific changes in our plugin code to strengthen the security of the plugin.

For people without an Analytics account, that would be a truly fascinating feature.

I understand you are the admin of the multi-client account (email address [email protected]). However, due to various restrictions, the sub-account you are attempting to integrate won’t be listed at the time of integration when you onboard using the email id [email protected] with the plugin.
Therefore, I would advise using an alternative email address, [email protected], and ensure to share the admin-level access to the particular sub-account.
Now try to finish the onboarding process using [email protected]; you’ll be able to see?the sub-account is listed.`
Note: Make sure that the email address [email protected] has admin-level access to the Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts as well as to integrate Analytics and Ads accounts.

As you are having a Muti Client Account, the sub-accounts will not be listed at the time of onboarding.
We have a solution for this, you can share the admin-level access of the merchant centre sub-account to (say [email protected]).
Attempt to finish the onboarding process using [email protected] & you would be able to successfully see the sub-account listed.
Note: Make sure that the email address [email protected] has admin-level access to the Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts as well as to integrate Analytics and Ads accounts.

Yes, both Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4 automatically track the refund using the Conversios plugin.
You might need to update the API secret key that makes the COnversios plugin’s refund tracking possible. This is something you can easily do from the plugin settings.

Thank you for sharing the store details.
I had a look at the store and discovered that the Conversios plugin does not track any Analytics data from your store.
Could you kindly confirm whether the plugin is active and Onboarded?

We have no plans to add a custom product feed that would support Klaviyo at this moment. However, we will include this in our roadmap and update you as soon as the feature is available.
The Facebook conversion API is already under development, and it should be available by the end of December.
