One last thing: Here is a email file report I got on the last file download (with my comments):

User ID : 0 (no user ID shown)
User Login : (this was empty)
User Email : (this was empty)
User Nice name : (this was empty)
User Display name : (this was empty)
User IP : ip address did show

As a follow up, I am getting an email report with the .zxp file listed.

Actually, this is not resolved for me. Followed the directions and the .zxp file is still not showing up in the Current s2member Accounting.

I noticed that download user field were created for the .zip and .pdf files, but not for the .zxp file.

Can you give me a little more information on how to correct this issue.

I do have an issue in that the browser is not showing .zxp file (an Adobe extension file).

Does s2Member Secure File Browser only show certain file types?

Are other WP emails going out? (e.g. New User email, the one with the username and password after registration.)

Yes the emails are going out to the new member. They are getting their sign-in info. They are also getting the Authorize.net receipt.

I am getting the Authorize.net receipt, but I am not getting the “New User Notification” email.

Verify your Authorize.Net integration is complete and correct. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Auth.Net Options

I ran the server scan and it said this for both s2Member and s2Member-pro [WARNING] Plugin Directory Checksum (s2member)
I reinstalled both plugins and got the same message.

I do not want to enable logging because my site is live and present users information will be vulnerable.

All my members are paid subscribers. Just had an order yesterday and I did not get the “New User Notification” email.

I have not been able to get your code to work. Has anything changed in Dynamic Headers since you posted your code?

When I turn Flash off in Safari I do not get the alternate jpg.
