Simply download and overwrite all /wp-cufon directory in /plugins directory.

Yes I tried it with the default theme and it works fine. But most of my favorite themes are broken and have this problem.
Anyway thanks for your help.
Quick cache only caches your domains html pages and not the external javascripts or pages. So don’t worry about Google Adsense. ??
