We have the same issue, So we just rolled back to the previous version of Mailpoet which works. This is the error that we get: “Failed to fetch rendered posts”

Hi @champsupertramp,
Please let me know if you figure out how to fix this issue in future versions. I have disabled auto update for this plugin for now so editors can use the website and I know it is not a good practice in terms of security.

Thanks for your reply, I did test the new version(2.2.2) on the staging site for the website, but new version didn’t fix the issue. The admin dashboard for Editor role is still way slower than the live site with the older version (2.1.2) so I didn’t update it on the live website. I am worried that I miss a security update though.

Ok, for anyone who might have the same issue here is how to fix it:
User id and item key need to be separated in the the short code to work:
[zotpress userid=’1254621′ items=’B8CWTHSN’ style=’apa’ cite=’yes’]

I initially generated the short-codes by the right sidebar tool on the post editor page but that doesn’t work.
Also on the help tab of ZotPress settings it is mentioned:

Can also include items from multiple Zotero accounts using this format: {api_user_id:item_key}

Which is not working, so have userid and item key separated in order to fix the issue.

Thanks for the great plugin! We have the same issue here, We are using the plugin for a scientific newsletter so we use a lot of <sup> and <sub> tags in our posts. However when we import the posts into Mailpoet the tags get removed. We initially thought it removes all the tags, but looks like it keeps <em > tags, which is good, but I wonder if there is a chance to keep the <sup> and <sub> tags as well?

Thanks for your reply, It works now. Adding allowdelete=”1″ to the shortcode provides the option to remove from mybookmarks.

Thanks for your reply. I am using single click. My question is about my-bookmarks when using shortcut. Shortcode only returns a list of articles, it doesn’t have the option to remove from mybookmarks.

If you update to the latest version(2.13), it should be fixed. It is published today.
