Quite, a few … but linked to this we use

2. WP Mail SMTP
3. Mailchimp for WordPress (ibericode) – recently added – could this be conflicting?But we also do need to update to the latest version of WordPress – could this be the issue?

Just following up on this as we still have the issue.
1. WP courseware support says “I checked your WP Courseware settings and they seem to be fine. You said that this issue is resolved as soon as you disable Ultimate Member. Could you contact Ulitmate Member support and see if they are able to change the permalinks structure and replace the default courses slug?”
Does this ring any bells with you?
2. In response to adding the UM Woocommerce extension – https://ultimatemember.com/extensions/woocommerce/ – We can already see the woo commerce information in our account area – so what does this extension do extra?

No we don’t – but we didn’t before, and it worked fine.

With further investigation, the place we are looking is ‘my account’ which is a part of woo commerce, not UM.
Woocommerce and wp courseware integrate – and we have this connector in place. It did work, but now has stopped after updating plug ins.
My web developer says, that when he ‘de-activated UM’ then the courses showed correctly in ‘my account’ – but with UM activated it does not show.
I appreciate this is a mixed bag! any hints would be great!
