It is even bigger when I look at it on my cell phone.. how do I fix this?

Ok now I have removed the logo and I just added it as the header image which I like because it is bigger but now it’s too big. It cuts off the end of the words. How can make my header image scale down to fit in the box.

I have made the logo bigger but now it moved down and pushed my tagline out of the header box. How can I get it all centered again?
