In reply to: Navigation in Edit ModeI don’t think there is a way to do that. But I also come across situations where I don not want refresh the Posts page repeatedly, so this is what I do:
- using Firefox, open Posts to view the list of posts
- Ctrl+click the post you want to edit (or click the link with your mouse’s middle button/mouse-wheel)*, to open it in a new tab where you can edit the content and once done with it simply close that tab
- you still have the Posts tab open and this way you don’t need to reload the Posts page unless you want to refresh it
* when you open a link using middle-button or mouse-wheel the new tab is not activated
The same will work for users of IE 7 and later. Opening links in new tabs is great feature, many websites often refer to external links “for further information“, you don’t have to leave the current site, simply click the link using the mouse-wheel to open it in a new tab.

In reply to: RSS ERROR (sidebar widget)I am getting this same problem. I am getting the RSS feed from a website hosted in the same server so it should have been even easier and faster (no remote host involved). I tried to find if there is a way to completely disable widget caching to no avail.
I think this issue is something that should be addressed.

In reply to: publish new post from another website by xmlrpcIs your wordpress’s XML-RPC enabled? If you are using version 2.6 and later (not sure if steps are exactly the same for earlier versions), log on to your wordpress admin page and click Settings, then click Writing, make sure XML-RPC is checked. This what you see:
XML-RPC [X] Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.
