The issue is reproduced on Dashboard with PHP 7.2 when TemplatesNext ToolKit plugin is enabled only. When the plugin is disabled the issue isn’t reproduced.

I found these tabs in the settings, but there is no possibility to translate the “VIEW COMPARE” button.
Also the arrows “Previous Column” and “Next Column” in the compare list are left without translation.
