    Hi Mihai,

it’s what I guessed, I hope you can fix it in the future, the plugin is working really good in the rest of the pages.

    Thanks for the good work!

    Hi Sami,

nope, no way to fix it. My hosting supplier and myself, we’ve tried everything but any of the solutions were working. Pretty strange. Besides, I didn’t receive any feedback from the owner’s plugin which is pretty annoying. So, I’ve decided to uninstall it and try with other slide show.

It’s sad and odd because the same plugin is working pretty good in other site that I own which is very similar, almost a mirror, than this one where the plugin is not working.

Also, I’ve decided to close this post because Esmi, one of the Forum Moderators, as you can see in the previous messages, he invited me to go out of this forum because I was asking about a premium plugin… ??

Thanks for your help Sami and for being worried about this.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Esmi,

thanks for you email. As you can see in the plugin owners forums, I’ve already asked for the issue to them and nobody, nobody asked me about this issue. I’ve put the question in their forums one week ago… ??

So, that’s why I am asking to WP forums.

    Thanks again Esmi.

    Hi Sami,

thanks again for your message. I did that before, I’ve already checked the version of WordPress and it’s similar, it’s the last version of WP. And the version of the plugins are similar too, both taken from the same zip files so it’s a mystery. I am speaking with my hosting provider but they can’t find out, we can’t find out how to fix this issue.

    So annoying…

    Thanks mate!

    Hi Sami,

many thanks again. Ok I did it and I remove it like you said but still I have the same issue when I install the plugin again :(…. any ideas?

Like I told you, I have a similar site, same theme, same plugins and this plugin is working pretty good on this one… I don’t understand….

Thanks Sami, I appreciate a lot your help.

    Hi Sami,

thanks for your quick answer. I’m pretty new in PHP so I don’t know how execute a query to a PHP database. I am using PHPAdmin from my provider but I don’t know exactly how to make it :(… sorry mate. Can you explain me more specifically how making that query?

    Sorry…..

Nope, I have my account in wordpress.com. Because I have Jetpack installed in my WordPress installations, I have these installations linked to my wordpress.com account. Do you understand? The site with the issue is not hosted in WordPress.com, is in an another server but is linked to my WordPress.com admin panel. If the site would be in WordPress.com it would be easier to fix this issue.

Got some other ideas about how can I fix this issue? I need helppppp!!!!

I just remembered another thing that I did yesterday was to activate from my account in WordPress.com the automatically update of my plugins in some of my WP installations. I do not remember if I did it in the site of the issue but I’m quite sure that I did that in one site at least and that site is working fine, without issue.

Do you think that maybe this could be the origin of the issue? I can’t reverse that action right now because since the issue started, this site appears disconnected in my WordPress.com account panel so, I can’t reverse that option of automatically updates of the plugins.

But like I told you I did it in other site and it’s working fine and I’m not pretty sure if I did it in the site of the issue.

    Any ideas?

Like I told you, I didn’t do anything in the server yesterday before the issue. Nothing. The only thing that I did yesterday was remove old linked WP installations of my wordpress.com panel account but I didn’t touch this one. Nothing! It’s pretty weird… I need help…..

    Hi Tara,

thanks for your help. I did everything that you told me in your message but it didn’t work. I’ve reseted all my plugins by FTP all or one by one and it didn’t work. Even I’ve changed by FTP my theme by the default theme and again it didn’t work. Still is jumping to WP installation when I try to access to my WP login page (www.mydomain.com/wp-admin is jumping to https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/install.php).

It’s pretty weird because I have with the same supplier a similar WP installation in other domain, with same theme and plugins and that one is working fine. The issue started 24 hours ago and I didn’t do anything in the Cpanel, Server, etc… pretty weird like I said.

More ideas to try to fix this? I am desperate!

    Thanks again Tara!

    Hi again,

I said before that I have already tried with this Mailpoet oficial uninstall plugin, the whole process, step by step, three times and it didn’t work. It’s pretty sad because Mailpoet was perfect to me but at the end I have to choose another Newsletter solution. I can’t wait for this to be fixed.

Thanks all for your help and from now I know if I have to make a new server transfer, I will be quite sure how to do it if I am using Mailpoet.

Thanks again. Keep the good work!

    Cheers

Hi both and thank you for you answers,

I didn’t know about the problems moving Mailpoet to another server. If I knew that, I would erased the Mailpoet installation before the moving.

Like I said on my post, I’ve tried to remove the plugin using your uninstall plugin in the new server but it’s not working. I’ve followed all the instructions in your support page about these issues and it didn’t work.

Still I have the same problem that you can see in my screen capture and the worse part of it is I can’t use Mailpoet and is perfect to me. I can’t find any other newsletter plugin or service much better and perfect for my needs than Mailpoet!

Like I said, I asked to my new hosting provider to double check the databases to find the Mailpoet databases but they told me that they could’t find Mailpoet databases ?????. I’ve transferred all the content of my old server, I don’t understand that. (Maybe it’s a good idea if I give you my server details and if you have time, you can double check that for me, I am not an expert).

One question. It’s possible that Mailpoet make an independent database from WordPress installation? Because I’ve had one little database from my previous server and I don’t know exactly which it is. I don’t think so but I am not an expert and maybe, who knows…

Well, the point is, I have a copy of my subscribers so I need to clean and remove full all the issues of Mailpoet taht I have right now, to install a clean Mailpoet and start again with him. Like I told you, I tried even with your uninstall plugin, all the process and it’s not working…. can you help me with this? do you know some other full remove methods? Help!!!!

    Thanks for your great help.

    Cheers
