Thanks for the information but I am very sure my plugin doesn’t mess anything with WordPress media uploader, are you getting blank popup for WordPress media uploader or plugin media uploader?

Can you please let me know what WordPress version you are using?

Also I am very sure my plugin can not cause such error, it do not have any library file to conflict.

Please try disabling another plugin and check, if it still exists please inform me.
