I have that selected, but when I go to create a payout reconciliation report, the customer billing address is not mapped in those reports. I’ve uploaded a screenshot of the columns of a report that I’m seeing blank addresses here.

I do see the billing data when I open up individual transactions within Stripe, so I think the information is being sent somewhere to Stripe. Is this is just a matter of how I’m making my reports in Stripe?

Update: I think my theme must have been overriding something. But I realized that in order to keep my theme customization, I need to use shortcodes to display the RSVP, which is only available with the Pro version of the plugin.

I will wait until we have more events to purchase this plugin.

Seems like it was just the border colour that actually changes the colour of the bar… not the actual background colour.

Oh my god. I find this completely ridiculous. I was struggling with this as well, and finally came across this thread. My solution was like those above – just to use the cpanel editor to achieve the same results, rather than TextEdit on my Mac.

So frustrating!

…Wow I feel real stupid. Maybe it was just my own chrome acting up that day.. odd.

I am also facing this problem. I want an image to stretch across the header (around 700 px wide), and when I go to upload it, it shrinks it automatically.
