1. Go to the Blog Designer plugin setting and click General Settings tab.
2. Find there Custom CSS section at the end of the page.
3. Add below custom CSS code and save layout settings.

I checked your support query and noticed that you have to set up a YouTube video in a popup.
So, please follow my instructions.
1. Go to Portfolio Designer Settings and click on Lightbox settings.
2. Find Popup Media Source option and set Youtube video.
3. And save Portfolio layout settings.
