I opened a new support ticket and sent you the system report.

Update on the issue: The plugin prompted me to perform a database migration or update (I can’t recall which), and now it no longer functions as expected.

In the settings, I specified that if no previous price is available, users should be informed.

Before the database migration/update, all products displayed the message “Lowest price in 30 days is the same as current.” Now, nothing appears.

Additionally, when a product is on sale, the lowest price is only shown after the sale price is removed.

We have multiple diffrent snippets in the Code snippets and all the text in them have a custom text domain “custom-snippets”.

The thing is that all the calculations are okay – no variation actually has a price of 0 €. It’s just that until you click on any variation, under the price it says 0,00 € – 8,37 €, when it should be 5,00 € – 8,37 €. This problem also occurs only on this product.

Hi Roxy,

the only thing that pops into mind is that we redesigned website. First we created a staging site, did all the changes there, imported all orders from live site to the staging and pushed changes from staging to live.

Past analytics data was imported successfully, but I guess that after that, the issue with coupon analytics for new orders started occurring.

I cleared all transients, but unfortunately the issue persisted.

I did notice though, that for all test orders I created now, analytics was showing correctly. However, analytics from past orders/coupons is still missing.

we updated all plugins and theme. We also disabled caching and cleared browser cache. The issue still persisted.

Then we created staging website, disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and enabled default theme. This still didn’t resolve the issue.
