After conducting a thorough check on our demo, we have confirmed that the discount is correctly applying through Bulk/Tier Discount, even when the option “Show discount in cart as coupon instead of changing the product price?” is enabled. We have recorded a video screencast to demonstrate this:
It is possible that you may have entered different text in the “Discount label” and “Coupon” conditions, resulting in two labels being displayed. However, please note that the discount will only be applied once. To avoid this, you can simply use the same text in both fields as shown in the above video.
I hope this clarifies any confusion. We are pleased to inform you that we will be releasing a new version of discount rules within the next week or two. Please rest assured that the current version (2.6.3) is free of any bugs or issues.
Additionally, we are actively working on V3 of Discount Rules with a new user interface and improved workflow. This may be the reason for the delay in releasing V2, but I can assure you that the recent version is functioning smoothly.

When we calculate 5% of 49.90, the result is 2.495. This means that when we subtract 2.495 from 49.90, the final amount is 47.405. Then, when we multiply 47.405 by 10, the result is 474.05, which is correctly displayed.
However, I understand that you would prefer to consider 47.41 and display it as 474.1. No to worry, it is possible via a small snippet.

We recommend checking with the filter plugin you are using to see how you can implement this in your site to filter discounted products.
