How do I get a shortcode for my facebook feed plugin?

Okay, so the image I am trying to embed is not a photo, but an interactive graphic with an embed code.

Nothing happens when I try and insert the code using the “%code%”

It just shows up as the text and nothing more.

This is the embed code:

I do not understand the problem. I’m not sure what an “excerpt” is.

I have done that also, but it still just shows up as “%code1%” on my post.

What about the “code embed options” section under settings – currently it is saved as keyword CODE with % as the opening and closing identifiers. What should those be for effective embedding?

I’m having a very similar problem.

However my code doesn’t have the “<script>” things in the middle.

I’ve been trying just a standard youtube video to see if it will work before I try adding my actual content. Nothing works and all that is displayed on my post is “%code%”.

Can you help?!
