In reply to: [WooCommerce] Attribute term order@ dimitris33 Can you try once again with the latest version i.e 2.6.6. I just checked it and it works fine.
In case it doesn’t, I would suggest once to deactivate any other plugin apart from WooCommerce. Sometimes a plugin might be the culprit behind such issues.

I believe you want to change the term
category
to something of your choice. Best way would be to do this via ,pot file within language sub folder. You can use softwares like https://poedit.net or something similar and change the term category to something of your choice. Make sure to change the term all across the language file. Once done, either replace the file in the current setup via cPanel or replace the WooCommerce plugin with the modified version of the language file.In case you were referring to something else please do reach out.

disable the Shipping and calculations
under Shipping locations settings panel.If you have already configured the system to accept prices inclusive of taxes, shipping cost might be the one acting on the cart/checkout page.

WooCommerce has evolved a lot in last 12 months, try switching to one of the base themes that come bundled with WordPress or the Storefront theme. I would suggest deactivating all other plugins apart from WooCommerce so that we can firstly see whether or not all the default features provided by WooCommerce are working on your site.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] False notification of sales order@Punk100UK- As far as I know, WooCommerce registers an order as soon as we click on “Place Order” button on the Checkout page though as the payments involve a 3rd party, many a times the payment might not actually go through. In such a case, the order status is either pending or on-hold. So, you should watch out the order status in backend before processing them through.

Sandeep@mojomo- Yes, that’s correct. If admin allows vendors to add the cancellation policy and the vendor doesn’t add it, the one added by admin works as backup. I see the issue now, when vendor adds his own set of policies, it still shows the one added by admin. Would get this fixed in the next update itself.
