In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] Tracking Status IssueHi, the problem is not with the other plugin.It has no option to trach shipping, it is just a graphic progress bar on the customer account page. To be sure about any conflict I disabled it and flushed all caches. Nothing changed.
The tracking is supposed to be managed with Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce.

Track ship is not an option for me. Client wanted exactly this type of visual of the whole order process, not shipment tracking only.Anyway. Problem stays the same. Advanced Shipment Tracking does not send a tracking info email to customer…
Tried everything – still after order marked Shipped, customer does NOT receive an email with tracking information.
