I have found the below files under the below folders in my CPanel:
/public_html/xmlrpc.php
/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/videopress/class.videopress-xmlrpc.php

1) I never reached my site through FTP. Is there a way I can check this file through my Cpanel?

2) I deactivated the below plugins (which I thought could affect security) and tried to connect to Jetpack again, but it did not work.
