Many thanks for your reply. We managed to get to the bottom of it, where the links had been emailed to our FB campaign manager, Outlook had converted them all to Outlook safe Links and it was the Safe Links pre scan that was taking so long to load – it wasn’t until I copied the link (from the email) to my clipboard to paste into another browser that we could see the links had been changed!

I believe I’ve managed to get to the bottom of it. It appears that the POST request was getting blocked by ModSecurity when the request came from a mobile device. Not sure why ModSecurity should flag up this request, if you have any ideas I’d be glad to hear them, but I’ll mark this as resolved now.

Thanks you, that’s fine. Fully appreciate why you don’t offer free customisation support.

I’m comparing plugins for ease of customisation (I have third party JS that needs to be added to the product page – so customisation is essential). Once I have decided on the plugin that is the best fit, then I’ll buy support for that plugin.

Anyway thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
