till now this error appearing only by the order in the screenshot.
at this moment i’m only able to test my own orders because otherwise the system would send a DHL Link to the customers.

thanks for your feedback.
We have been previously been able to generate these labels, there are even older orders which can generate the same type of label now.

in the last 2 days we’s reactivated the NGINX Proxy Mode & “Smart static files processing” on the server because of problems with woocommerce.

You’re right, i should have checked this before.

The Fancy Product Designer Plugin is causing this issue in conjunction with Woocommerce & Pods. As soon as i deactivate the FPD Plugin with Woocommerce & Pods activated, the products on cartpage working fine again.

all products are shipping free by default.

Through an campaign the customer should be able to purchase an “free beeskin” product for 0€ without shipping. As long as he has another product in his cart. (for this case i use an rate=0 hook function in the functions.php)
If the customer wants “free beeskin” 0€ only without any other product in his cart, 4€ shipping costs should be exclusively added. All other products are shipping free.

it could be the ordered products in both cases are the same but i’m not absolutely sure. otherwise i can’t see any similliar patterns.

even in 1 of two corupted orders the credit card payment belonged to a total different order/person. This issue pointed for me to a defect database table.
