Hello.
I’m glad if my report was helpful.
I look forward to your great plugins in the future.Hello.
Thank you for your reply.
When you leave the first and last names of a SimpleMembership member blank from the front end, the blanks are not reflected and the original data remains, but in fact, at this time, the first and last names of the WordPress user linked to the SimpleMembership member are properly blank. In other words, the synchronization between the WordPress user and the SimpleMembership member is temporarily incomplete. For this reason, I don’t think the explanation that it cannot be left blank in relation to the WordPress user is valid, what do you think?
To return this incomplete synchronization state to the correct state, you have three options: save the first and last names as blank in the WordPress user administration screen, correct them to blank and save them in the SimpleMembership member administration screen, or change them to a different name that is not blank on the front end. Members are not given the freedom to leave them blank on the front end.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Display the subscription payment cancellation statusHello.
Thank you for your quick reply.
I was mistaken about this new feature.
I thought it would show up even with active subscriptions.
I’m sorry for wasting your time.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Membership] Change the messageHello mbrsolution.
I’m glad you responded so quickly.
I was able to fix it successfully.
Thank you.Hello Shameem,
As you said, if I don’t use the Printful Integration for WooCommerce plugin, it was a radio button.
This time, I ended up adding “(excludes Printful products)” to the shipping label for non-Printful products.
thank you very much.Hello carolm29.
Thank you for your reply.
It seems that it was not replicated on Storefront. I apologize for taking up your valuable time. Now, before sending the screenshot, we verified the interference between the plugins that you pointed out. I left only the WooCommerce and payment gateway plugins and turned off the others. As a result, the two shipping methods were reduced to one. Because I had set up dedicated shipping rates with the Printful Integration for WooCommerce plugin, there were two shipping methods.
In other words, isn’t it the Printful Integration for WooCommerce that is displaying the pull-down menu, and not the WooCommerce code?
If there are multiple shipping methods in WooCommerce, I think the display method was to select them using radio buttons. If so, I’m asking the wrong person. I caused a lot of trouble.Hello.
It seems that the problem with the name was already known, so I apologize.
Thank you for your continued support.Hello, Carolm29.
I’m relieved to see that a similar situation exists in your environment.
You said you would fix it as soon as possible. I am very happy. I look forward to your report.
I’ll try my best to erase “country”.
Thank you for your continued support.Hello, Carolm29.

P.S.
I would also like to change the order of addresses to Japanese. It will be in the same order as the form: postcode, state, city, address_1, address_2. And I want to hide country. In the form, I hid it using CSS.
For order-summary, I would like to make the same changes as above and hide country. By the way, in order-summary, Kanagawa Prefecture is displayed instead of JP14.thank you. I will contact you later.
Hello.
I can contact you using the link below, right?

I saw someone asking “How do I connect to support team” in a topic and I was able to find out as well.
I will contact you once the site is published.Hello.
I now understand that the work you have done to fix it will not be lost.
I’ll let you know when the site is live, but when I say connect, do you specifically mean add you as a WordPress user? If so, I would like to know your email address.Hello.
I appreciate your sentiments. But I can’t just ask you to do this every time this problem arises. Let’s say you modify a plugin file. I worry that your work will be overwritten every time a plugin is updated. Or do you add something to the child theme’s functions.php? If so, I can rest assured, but I am a free version user. I think that’s very unfortunate. Am I wrong in wanting to fix it myself without taking up your precious time?My website isn’t live yet, so I can’t show it to you. Is it possible for you to tell me here?
