Thanks for writing to us. Are you using the latest version of plugin (v1.1.1) as in this version fix was given to menu scroll issue on iOS devices. In the latest version of plugin, if left menu is bigger then a scroll bar is added to the menu so that when user scroll down to the content then they should be able to access the fixed menu at left/right side by separately scrolling the menu.

Menu scroll is not by default visible, when you will hover on menu or try to swipe it, it will start appearing. If still the menu scroll does not appear then please send us the link where you have added the documentation, I will look into the issue.

Please try by deleting cache of your iPad. To clear cache please go to settings => safari => and click on “clear history and site data”. After clearing history, if still problem persist then kindly let me know. I will look into the scenario.

We have checked your site and found that jquery is been added 2 times on your site. Once it is been added from googleapis with version 1.7.1 in header and second time it is added in jtools.js file loaded by litepress theme. If this js is removed then Smooth Slider is working on your page.

To resolve this issue, try removing the jquery inclusion from jtools.js file. If you find it difficult to edit the file then Please send us your requirement at https://slidervilla.com/contact-us/ We will send you the updated file.

There may be some JavaScript conflict on home page of your theme as the slider is working on preview. Please send us the link where you have added the Smooth Slider or theme which you are using so that we can look into the issue.

Hi,

You can use Post Attachment add-on by SliderVilla. It is having a feature to fetch attachments to a post.

For using this add-on you can use Smooth Slider which is free WordPress Slider or you can use any premium slider from SliderVilla.

If you will copy template tag of Post Attachment add-on in single.php file then whenever posts are displayed as blog, each post will show a slider with it’s attached images and excerpt under it.

We tested your scenario at our end. This issue is because, your shortcode /template tag of Testimonial Slider is in between
<pre> tag. If you are using shortcode then replace previous shortcode by following shortcode:

[raw][testimonialslider id="1" set="1"][/raw]

For using [raw] shortcode you need to add following code in your current theme’s functions.php file:

Hello,

Navigation dots are cut off due to theme css. To resolve this issue go to Testimonial Slider=>Settings=>Basic Settings=>Miscellaneous section=>Custom Styles field and paste following code:

.testimonial_slider__round .testimonial_nav-fillup .inner_nav a {
	box-sizing: border-box !important;
}

After adding above code save settings.
