In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Calendar only shows current monthHi @kaymoco you are most welcome. Let us know how this goes when you have the chance.
Hi @wpsubash,
Yes, tickets need to be purchased on the front end, but you can create a ticket on the back end with a Name and Email address to send it by email to someone, so they no need to pay for it.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] ‘Move to trash events older than’ not workingHi @robanna,
I see, that is unexpected.
Some situations like this can be attributed to a plugin/theme conflict.
We recommend to disable all your plugins except the ones related to The Events Calendar, then revert to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-One, then test to see if the issue is gone. If it is gone, enable one plugin at a time, until the possible culprit is found. As the last step, revert to your original theme.
It is worth to mention this process we describe here can result in some amount of disruption to your site. To avoid this, we recommend you either make use of a staging site and test things there.Note: If your host plan doesn’t offer a staging/test website, you don’t need to buy any additional plan. You can try a free method using a plugin. One such plugin, WP Staging, automates the process of establishing a staging site from your existing WordPress install.
Let me know how this goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Calendar only shows current monthHi @kaymoco,
Has the Calendar always been behind a protected site? You can check this KB articles to follow some steps for troubleshooting:

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Import events from Time.ly calendarHi @fondueski,
We haven’t tested importing with Time.ly yet, but if you can export your Time.ly events to a CSV file, you can import them into Events Calendar. You can find some examples here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-data-from-a-csv-file/

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar Language changes on InteractionHi @ingowinter,
We have not fully tested our plugin with Polylang, but if it works with PO files it should work fine. Have you tried placing the translation files in the system path: languages/plugins/the-events-calendar-xx_XX.po or in the author path: plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/the-events-calendar-xx_XX.po?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] ‘Move to trash events older than’ not workingHi @robanna,
I see. However I just tried this with our latest release 6.7.1 and works as expected. Could you try using a real cron job as is explained on this KB article?: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-disable-wp-cron-and-set-up-a-real-cron-job/

Hi @hadis89
Oh, we understand now. We were able to confirm the issue you described.
While we are working on the fix, could you also confirm if you have Events Calendar Pro enabled? If so, which version are you using? Thanks in advance.
Hi there!
We are certainly aware of this issue and rest assured that we are working on it.
Although we do not have a fix date right now, I can say that the fix is ??in the testing phase to be released very soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. Thanks Nigel! So, there is no way in the settings to avoid importing the description as the Image alt Text and leave the image alt text blank now, right?
Thanks again.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event calendar problem with dateHi @kubulajojo,
Sorry for my lack of knowledge of Czech, but what does it say in “NYNi – 10 DUBNA”?
Normally there goes something like “Today – (Some Date in the Future)”, so that seems to be ok. Could you confirm that?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] header missing from single event and events overviewHi?@cafeamdales,
Besides the Style options, you have the Event template field. Could you try the other templates in the select box to see if that makes a difference?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] “End” date doesn’t changeHi @wporgpatrick,
If you haven’t made any changes to the code, could you completely remove the plugin and reinstall it? Don’t worry, the events are not deleted. This can correct issues as a first step.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Get list of events asking for RSVPHi @ltrost0910gmail,
I think there is no way to do it out of the box with PHP. If you list your events in the backend and filter them by “Ticketed” work for you?
