Yes, he can place an order, but product is actually out of stock. Somebody does not want to pay in advance, somebody is ok about it. So it would be great to be flexible for both kinds.

WP REST API is not active and WooManager App is not working!

Found solution, just make more quantity of products per page in theme settings.
