Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific rating with the current version, because the Plugin stores only the rating summary as post meta, not single ratings.

But thanks for the suggestion, I will add such a feature in the next build.

Finally i find the bug. Your eMail Subscription Widget (Jetpack Subscription Widget) is the problem.

It use an hidden input field:
<input type="hidden" name="action" value="subscribe">
an this destroy the Form / the $_POST Array.
