I successfully submitted the ticket (or so I thought), it gave me the success message. But the ticket is not showing up in my account in the ticket list. This is what happened the last time I tried to submit this ticket, so worried it’s not actually in the system.
I am also having this problem, and I have confirmed that is not caused by a plugin or theme conflict (still happening with all other plugins deactivated and the twenty-seventeen theme in place).
It’s on a local development site, so I can’t give a link.
